Terms of sale and refunds

These terms cover the paid products on VibePicks: the fast-track review, the category banner, the Shipped feed spotlight and the newsletter block. The seller is J Cox Enterprises LTD, doing business as VibePicks, 1406 N 5th St, Vandalia, IL 62471. Contact: jedidiahcox+vibepicks@mail.grokbot.com.

Rankings are never for sale

No purchase buys a ranking, a verdict or a pick. Sponsored slots are always labeled Sponsored and kept separate from the rankings.

Fast-track review

A fast-track review only speeds up our review. It doesn't guarantee a listing, a particular outcome or a ranking.

Refunds

If your sponsor slot hasn't started, or we haven't begun your review, you get a full refund. After that, refunds are prorated or at our discretion. Email us to ask for one.

Content we won't run

We may decline any sponsor content or tool. If we decline something you've paid for, we'll refund you.

Cancelling a category banner

Category banners renew monthly. Cancel anytime by emailing us. The banner stops at the end of the current billing period.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
